Salary: £12.85 p/h (CSET 13)
Working weeks: 38 weeks per year (term time only)
Working days: Thursday and Friday
Working pattern: 2 hours per day over lunchtime

Our supervisors play a vital role in creating a safe, happy, and well-organised lunchtime experience for our pupils.
About the job
We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Lunchbreak Supervisor to join our school team and help make lunchtimes a positive part of every child’s day. You’ll work closely with staff and pupils to create a safe, sociable, and fun environment—whether it’s setting up the dining hall, supporting children during meals, or leading play and activities in the playground (or indoors on rainy days). Your presence will bring stability, encouragement, and fun to our lunchtime routine.
About you
You’ll be someone who brings warmth, energy, and a sense of fun to the role. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Flexible, calm, and well-organised
- Able to take initiative and work confidently as part of a team
- Sensitive to the needs of all children
- Approachable, with strong communication skills
- Positive, playful, and ready to brighten up lunchtime

Lyde Green Primary is a fresh and exciting new school based at Lyde Green near Bristol.
