Lunchtime Controller job summary
Your role will include:
Lunch Time ControllerSupervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and other areas during the lunch break.
Encourage positive play and support social interaction.
Assist younger pupils with eating and basic routines.
Follow school behaviour and safeguarding procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Experience working with children (in a school or similar setting).
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Willingness to contribute positively to our vibrant school community.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Desirable:
First Aid training
Experience supporting children with SEND or behavioural needs
Awareness of safeguarding and Health & Safety practices in schools
