Lunchtime First Aider job summary

Are you calm, caring and passionate about supporting children’s wellbeing? Oasis Academy Warndon is looking for a dedicated Lunchtime First Aider to help keep our pupils safe, supported, and cared for during the busy lunchtime period. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role at the heart of our warm and inclusive school community.

About the Role

As our Lunchtime First Aider, you will:

 -  Be stationed in our first aid room during lunchtime, ready to support pupils who feel unwell or have minor injuries.

 - Provide immediate, effective and reassuring first aid care in line with training and school procedures.

 - Record all incidents accurately and communicate with staff or parents when needed.

 - Ensure pupils feel safe, calm and supported while receiving care.

 - Maintain up‑to‑date first aid and safeguarding knowledge through ongoing training.

 This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, can remain calm under pressure, and wants to make a positive daily impact in our academy.
