As a Lunchtime supervisor, you’ll be more than just a watchful eye — you’ll be a friendly face, a role model, and a source of encouragement and engagement. You’ll help make lunchtimes a positive, calm, and enjoyable part of the day, ensuring children feel safe, supported, and ready to return to learning with energy and focus.About You:What You'll DoSupervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and other areas during the lunch break in accordance with the school’s pupil management, discipline, behaviour and bullying policies.Encourage positive games, inclusion, and respectful behaviour among pupils. Promote fun games that allow children to safely explore through play and competitions.Manage minor first aid needs and report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate staff member. To complete the necessary records with regard to any incidents.Help sports leaders to set up games and sports as authorised by a member of teaching staff.
