The Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit a Lunchtime Supervisor to work at Pawlett Primary School.
We are looking for a friendly, empathetic and caring Lunchtime Supervisor for our small primary school. Help us supervise, engage, and reward our wonderful students while building lasting relationships in our small school community.

As part of this role, you will:
- Oversee children at lunchtime encouraging healthy eating, good manners and positive relationships.
- Engage and lead playtime activities.
- Implement and follow the school behaviour policy.
You will have:
- Good interpersonal skills with both adults and children.
- Ability to work flexibly within a team and motivate students.
- Understanding of the developmental needs of children.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience of working with children, First Aid and Food Hygiene qualification desirable but not essential.
