Lunchtime Supervisor job summary

The role includes supervising the children during lunch, supporting with eating and playtime activities, assisting with keeping the dining halls clean and safe, encouraging and promoting good behaviours, being a positive role model for the children and actively promoting inclusive play. The ideal candidate must have good interpersonal skills, be trustworthy, reliable, punctual as well as being patient and confident when working with children. Previous experience of working with children is desirable but not essential.

The successful candidate will be subject to necessary preemployment checks, including: an enhanced DBS; Childcare Disqualification (where applicable); qualifications (where applicable); medical fitness; identity and right to work. All applicants will be required to provide two suitable references.
