What skills and experience we're looking for
Essential • Experience of working with children • Willing to adapt to new situations and respond appropriately at short notice • Understand the importance of confidentiality • Basic literacy/record keeping skills • Ability to relate well to children and adults • Ability to lead children • Ability to work constructively as part of a team
Desirable
• Experience of lunchtime supervision work • Emergency First Aid qualification

Highfields Primary Academy is a vibrant and caring primary school situated in Doncaster.
