Post: Lunchtime Supervisor (Secondary)

Location: Kingstone High School

Salary Scale: 03KA

Contract Details: 5 hours per week Term Time only. (1 hour per day, 1.10–2.10pm)

Kingstone High School is seeking to appoint a proactive and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to support our students during the lunch period. This role is vital to the school day, ensuring a calm, safe, and positive environment during a time of transition and high activity.

The successful candidate will supervise students indoors and/or outdoors during the lunch break, working alongside members of the Senior Leadership Team to promote positive behaviour, uphold school expectations, and safeguard the wellbeing of all students.

The successful candidate will supervise and monitor the conduct and safety of students across the school site during the lunch break (1.20–2.00pm) and maintain a visible, approachable presence at key indoor and outdoor areas and social zones. Calm under pressure, you will be able to manage conflict or challenging situations confidently.
