Lunchtime Supervisor
Maternity Cover
Grade 2 (SCP 2)
Actual Salary £4,137 (£24,413 FTE)
7.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
12:30pm- 2:00pm
Term Time only
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join our pupil supervision team.
This role requires you to be flexible, adaptable and be able to show compassion and empathy whilst remaining assertive.
You will:
Supervise pupils during lunch periods to ensure a safe environment at all times.
Ensure all misbehaviour is reported using academy procedures and that no misbehaviour goes unchallenged.
Support the academy in ensuring the safety and welfare of all pupils.
You will have:
Good standard of education especially in numeracy and literacy.
Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with staff and pupils.
The ability to relate well to children.
Energy, drive and enthuasiasm.
