Lunchtime Supervisor job summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team and help ensure that lunchtime is a positive and enjoyable experience for every child.

The Role

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will:

Supervise students during lunch breaks, both in the dining hall and playground areas.

Promote positive behaviour and ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils.

Encourage healthy eating and good table manners.

Support students in engaging in play and social activities.

Respond calmly and effectively to any incidents or accidents, following school procedures.

A caring and approachable individual who enjoys working with children.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when required.

Reliability and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
