We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to become a valued member of our dedicated team. Your role will be vital in creating a safe, fun, and positive environment where children can enjoy their lunch break—supporting play, social interaction, and overall wellbeing.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise pupils during lunchtime and outdoor play, ensuring their safety and happiness
  • Foster inclusive and imaginative play opportunities for children of all ages
  • Promote positive behaviour, kindness, and respectful relationships
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development
  • Collaborate with staff to uphold our school’s values and a nurturing environment

  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
  • Commitment to providing high-quality play and social experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, patient, and always maintaining a positive attitude
  • Experience in a school or childcare setting is a plus but not necessary
