Lunchtime Supervisor job summary
At Ormiston Maritime Academy (OMA), We are pleased to offer an opportunity for 3 Lunchtime Supervisors to join our friendly team.
Our Lunchtime Supervisors have an essential role in ensuring our students’ whole lunchtime experience is as positive as possible whilst maintaining good order. You will supervise students in the dining hall, outside areas and/or school premises. You will need to be vigilant, to notice and reward good behaviour and to respond calmly yet quickly and assertively to developing situations.
Student well-being, safety, and success are our top priorities. Under the leadership of Principal Carrianne Robson, we have built a nurturing environment where students feel safe and supported, fostering positive attitudes toward learning. Our students are motivated and engaged in their educational journey.
We have 3 positions available, working 5 hours per week on a term time only basis, inclusive of staff training days.
