Lunchtime Supervisor job summary
We are looking for someone who will join our team who will:
- Have the ability to work with and communicate effectively with pupils and staff.
- Provide support/supervision for pupils during lunch periods both in and out of the provision or dining hall to ensure a safe environment at all times.
- Support the Academy in ensuring the safety and welfare of all pupils.
- Be an enthusiastic and good team member
- Deal with any injuries as they occur and report any issues to the relevant class teacher at the end of the lunch break
- Encourage and support pupils during the lunch break to participate in organised games
- Have the skills to ensure that Lunchtimes are safe, healthy and fun
You will have:
- A Good standard of education especially in numeracy and literacy.
- Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with staff and pupils.
- The ability to relate well to children.
- Energy, drive and enthusiasm.
