Lunchtime Supervisor (Play Team Member) job summary
You will:

About the role
Wychall is an OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) school. At lunchtimes the Play Team provide the children with fun and creative play experiences. The Play Team work together to develop a variety of opportunities during lunchtimes they also celebrate amazing play by awarding Golden Welly awards.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Lead activities. This includes setting up and clearing away equipment.
- Support children in their table manners
- Supervise lunch queues and ensure dining areas are inviting
- Support children in playing with one another and resolving conflict effectively
- Work as part of the Wychall Primary School team.
- Safeguarding children and young people

Safeguarding
- Work in line with statutory safeguarding guidance (e.g. Keeping Children Safe in Education , Prevent Duty, Working together to Safeguard Children) and our localised safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
- Promote the safeguarding of all pupils in the school.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role
