The successful candidate will therefore:
- Is enthusiastic, approachable, friendly and positive about their contribution to our whole school community
- Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently
- Is passionate about children’s learning and well-being
- Is keen to support the ethos of a church school.
- Is a collaborative, conscientious and hardworking team member
- Can provide a safe environment for children, to assist across the lunchtime period, including problem solving of wet weather provisions and dealing with first aid incidents
- Can shows initiative and creativity in different learning situations;
