What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will have;
- Good interpersonal skills with both adults and children
- Ability to work flexibly within a team and motivate students.
- Understanding of the developmental needs of children
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- First Aid qualification desirable but not essential
- Experience of working with children desirable but not essential

Further details about the role
As part of this role, you will;
- Oversee children at lunchtime
- Serve hot and cold lunches to pupils
- Listen to the children and encourage their play, but also hasthe necessary skills to maintain discipline
- Help children to practice good standards of personal health and hygiene.
- Set up and clear away lunchtime equipment
