What skills and experience we're looking for

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant or those aspiring to be so to join our hardworking and committed workforce.

We are looking for a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant, who can work with individual and small groups of children, and build positive relationships with children and young people to promote interaction and learning.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with complex young people who have needs ranging from autistic spectrum conditions to attachment difficulties and developmental trauma and be keen to help us develop our therapeutic approach towards helping our pupils achieve successful outcomes.

Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure and you will be working in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.
