MAC Senior Leader for School Improvement job summary
Stop the job search! This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for you! Are you an experienced, talented and inspirational school leader with the ability to build upon our considerable success? If so, we would love to hear from you!
We are very excited to announce an excellent opportunity for career development in our highly successful Multi-Academy Company. Are you looking for a new challenge in an innovative and supportive MAC where teaching and learning are an absolute joy? For the right candidate, this post offers an exceptional opportunity to use their knowledge, experience and creativity to build on our school’s strengths, continue to empower our teams and lead our schools to even greater success.
This post will offer an existing Principal/Headteacher (or equivalent) the opportunity to gain leadership experience in a variety of schools as directed by the MAC Executive Leadership Team. We envisage that the successful applicant will support schools with leadership challenges or those that just need a helping hand! This support may form part of a longer-term relationship with a particular school or may be a School Improvement Partner type role. We are, and will be, responsive to individual school needs and the post-holder will need to have a similar approach. For information, the role will either cover the ‘Painsley South’ area of the MAC, which comprises 7 primary schools or the ‘Painsley North’ area, which comprises 6 primary schools. Both areas operate within a 10 mile radius. You will offer your expertise and guidance to schools on their school improvement journey. This is a wonderful opportunity to develop both staff and pupils to the highest levels.
The successful applicant, a practising Catholic, will have a proven track record of providing inspirational, strategic and professional leadership and be an exemplary teacher. Strong communication skills are essential, together with a strategic vision of maintaining and raising standards. The Painsley MAC provides a level of support that is hard to find and applicants are more than welcome to meet Leaders of all levels prior to the application process.
If you would like to progress your career in a dynamic, high-performing Multi-Academy, we look forward to hearing from you. Informal enquiries, further details and application forms from Miss Hughes, ahu@bwh.staffs.sch.uk or 01785 244236.
