Main Scale Teacher (EYFS) Maternity Cover job summary

The governors would like to appoint a full time, main scale teacher to start in September 2021. In the first instance, this would be to work in our highly successful Foundation Stage (FS2). The position will initially be to cover a maternity leave. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our team, the successful applicant will be an excellent practitioner, have high expectations of children’s achievement and be able to work effectively with colleagues as part of a dedicated team who work collaboratively and are supportive of each other. The role would suit NQTS, RQTS or more experienced staff. Colleagues who have experience in EYFS are particularly encouraged to apply. The school would ensure the successful candidate receives excellent professional development and opportunities to develop their career.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
