Unity Education Trust (UET) are seeking a dynamic, creative and proactive Marketing and Communications Officer to join our central team who’s bursting with ideas and ready to make a real difference across our family of schools. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver a Trust-wide strategy that celebrates our schools, staff, and students, while strengthening engagement with our communities.

About the Role

As our Marketing and Communications Officer, you will:

Develop and implement a Trust-wide marketing and communications strategy

Create compelling content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials

Lead on branding and design across the Trust

Support pupil recruitment by promoting the unique opportunities offered by our schools

Ensure academy websites are up to date, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines

Collaborate with colleagues across the Trust to celebrate achievements and increase stakeholder engagement
