Your Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to not only work closely with some of our 41 schools, spread across the South East from Oxfordshire to Croydon, but also to become a key member of the Trust’s central team and influence the marketing strategy for the Trust as a whole.
Ideally, you will have experience of working within education, so that you are able to engage effectively with our schools’ leadership teams to implement successful marketing campaigns where needed to maximise the numbers of children on roll in our schools.
This post may be based in either of our central offices in Banstead or Camberley; we support colleagues to work flexibly, and this role may be carried out remotely in part. An important aspect of the role will be to get to know each of our schools, and to support promotional events for schools on occasions, and therefore a willingness and ability to travel will be essential.

South East - Wandsworth, Croydon, Caterham, Merstham, Redhill, Crawley, Horsham

The Details
Hours - Full time over 52 weeks (we are ideally looking to recruit for a full-time post but would consider applications for a part time position; please state clearly on your application if you are looking for a part time position).
Salary - Senior Specialist, starting salary £30,000pa FTE with 25 days annual leave
Start Date - As soon as available
Closing Date - Monday 14th June 2021
Interview Dates - Monday 21st June 2021
Support for schools’ pupil recruitment campaigns will be particularly busy during June and July, and from September to December, and so candidates should note that leave may need to be restricted during these periods. Candidates should also be prepared to offer flexibility in working hours in order to support promotional events outside of the usual working day.
