Contract type: Permanent, 22 hours per week, term time plus one week.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing and School Liaison Assistant to support the delivery of the college’s marketing, communications and outreach strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, enjoys building relationships, and has a flair for creativity and communication.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and School Liaison Officer, you will play a key role in helping to attract prospective students, promote the college’s brand, and build strong links with local schools and communities.

Evening work may be required occasionally, for which time will be paid back in lieu.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of key promotional and school liaison events throughout the year, including open events and taster days.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Represent the college at appropriate recruitment events within Partner High Schools.

What we are looking for

  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Well-organised with the ability to manage deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
