Marketing Communications & Events Officer job summary

We wish to appoint a Marketing, Communications and Events Officer with strong writing skills and an eye for detail for this exciting and high performing Jesuit Catholic school. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the external reputation of the school locally and nationally through social media, publications, recruitment, the school website and networking. You will be responsible for whole school event process from the planning stage, administration, through to delivering the event. In addition, you will be the main contact for our established Alumni creating a strong and supportive relationship between them and the College.

The successful candidate will:
Have the ability to work calmly under pressure and maintain a positive and optimistic attitude
Be able to work as part of a team, in a flexible and co-operative manner, whilst also being self-motivated
Be skilled with building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Have experience with using design platforms such as Canva and Photoshop.
Have in-depth knowledge of and be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Be an effective communicator at all levels
Be highly organised and have the ability to effectively time manage and prioritise multiple tasks
Be available for results days in August and other key evening events
