Finance & Administration Assistant job summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance and Admin Assistant to join our team at St Ignatius College. This role involves performing essential day-to-day finance and administrative tasks, contributing to the efficient management of the school’s financial operations and administration.

The successful candidate will:

Have experience of working in a similar role

  • Have a working knowledge of processing invoices and making BACS payments

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Have excellent interpersonal and administration skills
