Marketing Manager job summary
Full-time. Term-time only + training days + 3 additional weeks (42 weeks per year)
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Marketing Manager to lead Trust-wide communications across our family of 16 schools. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape our brand identity, celebrate school achievements, and deepen meaningful engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
You will work closely with central Trust teams, colleagues within Red Kite Education, and each individual school to ensure consistent, engaging messaging across our brand. This is a unique opportunity to join a people focussed organisation and take the lead on managing brand assets, digital platforms, and communications channel including websites, social media, signage, and SharePoint sites.

About You
To be a great fit for this role, you will;
- Be able to work collaboratively with our Red Kite Education Marketing Manager to ensure there is a cohesive approach to marketing across all Red Kite brands
- Possess strong digital and design skills, with proficiency in tools such as Canva, social media platforms, and internal communication channels like SharePoint
- Be able to organise events and support Trust initiatives with creative flair and strategic focus
- Be naturally creative and self-motivated, with a growth mindset and a meticulous eye for detail
- Demonstrate a passion for inclusive, purpose-driven communications that reflect and celebrate the diversity of our school communities
