- ST3 - ST11 (£28,237 - £34,494) depending on relevant experience and current position
What skills and experience we're looking for
- Skilled in content creation (filming, editing, social media, digital graphics, web design ormaintenance)
- Highly organised with excellent IT skills
- Strong verbal communication skills, confident bothon the phone as well as in face-to-face socialand networking situations
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to work under own initiative and an an integral part of ELAM’s team
- Ability to relate well to 16-19 age group
- Strategic, reflective, and solutions-focused, able to manage multiple priorities
- Committed to inclusion, representation, and innovation within education
- Experience of music, film or games industry (desirable)
- Background/qualifications in marketing (desirable)
