ST3 - ST11 (£28,237 - £34,494) depending on relevant experience and current position

What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Skilled in content creation (filming, editing, social media, digital graphics, web design ormaintenance)
  • Highly organised with excellent IT skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills, confident bothon the phone as well as in face-to-face socialand networking situations
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Ability to work under own initiative and an an integral part of ELAM’s team
  • Ability to relate well to 16-19 age group
  • Strategic, reflective, and solutions-focused, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Committed to inclusion, representation, and innovation within education
  • Experience of music, film or games industry (desirable)
  • Background/qualifications in marketing (desirable)
