We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dedicated and forward-thinking Administration Assistant/Receptionist - Part time 9.75 hours weekly, Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesday 12:30pm-3:45pm Term Time only ( 39.00 weeks) Maternity Cover to join our well-established nursery team at Parklands Nursery School - Northampton.

Our friendly, expanding nursery school is looking to appoint an efficient and effective member to support the Nursery School team .

We are looking for applicants with strong communication skills who will be able to build and maintain respectful and effective relationships with staff, children and their families. You will be motivated and resilient with excellent organisational, interpersonal and time management skills

Foundations for Children Nursery Schools Federation comprises of four maintained nursery schools: Camrose Early Years Centre for Children & Families and Parklands Nursery School in Northampton; and Croyland Nursery School & Day Nursery and Highfield Nursery School in Wellingborough. We have over 80 years' experience providing high quality early education for children aged 0-5

The ideal candidate:

  • Our ideal candidates should be friendly, nurturing and professional with excellent communication skills and a good eye for detail. They will work with our children, parents and the staff team and external suppliers and customers. They must be able to use their own initiative, balance priorities and organise an effective work schedule in order to meet multiple needs.
  • Possesses outstanding communication skills and can work well in teams
