We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our supportive and friendly team as a SENDCO and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) on a maternity cover basis. The Role

As SENCO and DSL, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate high-quality SEND provision across the school

  • Champion inclusive practice so that all learners can thrive

  • Oversee safeguarding and promote a strong culture of vigilance and care

  • Work closely with staff, families, and external professionals

  • Support colleagues through guidance, training, and collaboration

  • Ensure that learner wellbeing, voice, and individual needs remain central to school life
