What skills and experience we're looking for
Successful Applicants will:
- Be ambitious, innovative and inspirational individuals who are passionate about all children achieving their potential
- Be a current Middle Leader or an outstanding upper Key Stage 2 teacher who is an aspiring leader
- Have an excellent understanding of the rigors of Key Stage 2 and maintain the Academy’s high expectations of progress and attainment.
- Have an excellent understanding of the Maths curriculum and have the knowledge and skills to lead maths across the Academy
- Have an understanding of ensuring and assuring the quality of curriculum as a teacher and subject leader
- Be able to show the commitment required to work in partnership with parents/carers, the Multi Academy Trust and the wider academy community.
- Be excellent communicators with well developed interpersonal skills, able to work as part of a supportive and dedicated team.
