What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an exceptional and driven professional who will join a highly successful, enthusiastic and talented team and work with us to inspire our students. The role will involve teaching Maths, potentially across 3 key stages, and would be suitable for an ECT in particular.

We are a cohesive, creative, aspirational and successful team who work together to inspire a love of Maths, and raise student progress, achievement and attainment to exceptional levels. Our key principles are great teaching, positive relationships, a quality curriculum and an accurate assessment and feedback system. The successful candidate will join a Team Leader and a driven team and will be someone who is visionary, innovative and committed to moving learning forward in an exciting and innovative way.

We are part of a family of schools within the Kemnal Academies Trust. Every week staff take part in 2 hours of Debden Minds which is a bespoke CPD programme focusing primarily on the development of teaching & learning. We provide exceptional career progression for staff, which leads to our Middle and Senior Leadership teams being composed of many teachers who began their career with us. We lead the Essex hub of the TKAT SCITT.
