- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong academic background in Mathematics.
- Demonstrates secure subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Mathematics education.
- Is committed to delivering consistently effective classroom practice.
- Understands and values evidence-informed pedagogy and curriculum design.
- Is aligned with the school’s ambition to secure excellent outcomes for all students, including those with SEND.
- Thrives in a collaborative, high-expectation environment.
- Is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
