What skills and experience we're looking for

Helston Community College, part of Truro and Penwith Academy Trust, are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and innovative mathematician, to join an ambitious and supportive Faculty from September 2026. This position is open to both experienced and Early Careers Teachers [ECTs] who are committed to delivering high-quality education and raising the aspirations and achievements of our students.

The successful candidate will teach across the full age and ability range at KS3 and KS4; be a knowledgeable and enthusiastic teacher who can share their expertise and love of their subject, and teach lessons which challenge and inspire their students.
