About the role:
- Supervise children during the lunch break, both in the dining area and outside in the playground
- Encourage positive play and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils
- Prepare food and help the pupils eat a nutritious meal
- Support pupils in developing good manners and social skills during lunchtime
- Help manage minor incidents and report and concerns to the relevant staff
We are seeking a passionate, caring and patient MDSA who thrives on making meaningful connections and plays an important part in the child daily routine and who:
- Has a kind, calm and friendly manner
- Enjoys working with children contributing to their development
- Is reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Has experience working in a school or with children (preferred but not essential - training will be provided)
