Mid Day Supervisor job summary

We are seeking to appoint a Mid-Day Supervisory Assistant to join our friendly, hardworking team supporting children over the lunchtime period at Harlington Lower School. The successful candidate will be expected to provide high quality care and education for all children who attend this values based setting.

The successful applicant will need to enjoy working with pupils and have a commitment to promoting equality and diversity. They will have the ability to communicate at all levels, meet children’s individual needs and co-ordinate safe, creative play opportunities. They will be required to work as part of our mid-day team and use judgment and common sense. Experience of working with children aged 4-9 years would also be an advantage.
