If so, we have the perfect opportunity to be a Midday Assistant at Thomas Deacon Academy Juniors.

Your role:

You’ll enjoy this role of Midday Assistant if you can supervise pupils during the lunchtime period in the refectory and in open play spaces. You will have the courage to confidently address inappropriate behaviour in line with our behaviour management policy. You will be committed to ensuring the smooth running of the refectory, including setting up and putting away tables and equipment. You are role model for courtesy through being respectful and polite at all times. You are compassionate showing kindness and understanding in all interactions. You are committed to safeguarding the welfare of all children and young people.
