Your role:

As a Midday Assistant at Queen Katharine Academy, you’ll play a vital part in supporting students during their lunch break, whether in the lunch hall or outdoor spaces. You’ll help maintain a calm and positive atmosphere, encourage respectful behaviour, and ensure students feel safe and supported. You’ll be a visible role model, helping students make the most of their time at school and contributing to their wellbeing and personal growth.

We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, works well in a team, and brings empathy and initiative to the role. Experience working with young people is essential, and you’ll need to be confident in following safeguarding procedures and promoting a culture of kindness and fairness.
