Midday Assistant - Fixed term to July 2026 job summary
Midday Assistant required for Hilltop Infant School
Fixed Term until 16th July 2026
Hours: 5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 12pm - 1pm
Working weeks: Term time only (38 weeks per year)
Hilltop Infant School are seeking an enthusiastic, caring Midday Assistant who enjoys working with children to join their friendly, supportive team. This is a fixed term position due to funding.
You will be providing 1:1 supervision to children with high complex needs during their lunch breaks to safely the access the dinner hall and playground.

Successful applicants will:
- Supervise children in the lunch hall
- Encourage imaginative play outside (and indoors when it's raining)
- Ensure the good behaviour of pupils
