Midday Supervising Assistant job summary
Midday Supervisory Assistant (MDSA)
Start date: as soon as possible
Grade/Salary: Single Status Grade 2 Point 4, currently £24,413 per annum, full time equivalent (actual salary available upon request)
Contract: Permanent, part time, term time only, 6.25 hours per week
We are looking for a friendly and caring person who is keen to make a difference every day. The successful person will need to be enthusiastic and be ready to help create a safe, happy, and fun lunchtime experience for our primary pupils. If you enjoy working with children, being part of a supportive team, and bringing energy to the playground, we would love to hear from you.
Hailsham Academy is a vibrant all-through school with 1,500 secondary and 300 primary students, set minutes from Eastbourne, the south coast, and stunning national parks. Our staff team is drawn from across the southeast, including Brighton, Uckfield, Seaford, and beyond.
In 2019, we opened a brand-new primary and pre-school, expanding our reach to ages 2-19. Since our 2023 Ofsted, we have refreshed our leadership, strengthened pastoral care, and sharpened our focus on delivering an outstanding curriculum.
