Are you someone who enjoys working with children, thrives in a team, and wants to make a meaningful impact every single day? We’re looking for a caring and dependable Midday Supervisor to help create a safe, happy and structured lunchtime environment for our pupils.

🌈 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supervising children in the lunch hall and playground

  • Setting up and tidying away the lunch area

  • Administering basic first aid when needed

  • Supporting positive behaviour and wellbeing during lunchtime

🌈 What We’re Looking For:
  • A friendly, approachable person who enjoys engaging with children

  • A positive role model who reflects our school’s values

  • Someone reliable, organised, and able to follow routines and rotas

  • Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons — come rain or shine!

  • Experience with children is a plus, but full training will be provided

🌈 Why Join Us?

At our school, every member of staff plays a vital role in shaping young lives. You’ll be part of a supportive, experienced team that’s passionate about creating a nurturing and inspiring environment for our pupils. If you’re motivated by making a real difference, we’d love to welcome you aboard.

🌈 Hours

The role is 10 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 11.30am to 1.30pm. This is a term time role so all annual leave must be taken during the school holidays. The post is initially fixed term to 22nd July 2026 but with a view to becoming permanent.
