Midday Supervisor job summary

Midday Supervisor

NJC Scale: Level 1C (Point 2) £2585 per annum, term time only plus 5 training days

5 hours per week - Monday to Friday: 12pm - 1pm

We are looking to appoint a motivated, flexible, and dedicated Midday Supervisor to support lunchtimes across the school as part of our dedicated professional team.

Our small village school is set in beautiful countryside to the north of Luton. We have fantastic facilities including an outdoor classroom, spacious field, outdoor gym, and trim trail. Our children are looking for a kind, caring, and supportive person who will support them in their learning as well as pastorally in all aspects of their lives.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate experience of working with children and have a commitment to promoting equality and diversity. The ideal candidate must be resilient, patient, and have good communication skills. They will be required to work as part of a team and use judgment and common sense.

We can offer a supportive environment with a friendly staff team and a warm, positive, and caring ethos with values at the core of our school, and excellent opportunities for CPD.
