Midday Supervisor

Salary: NJC Scale Grade C starting £24,413 FTE

Hours: 6.25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

(Monday to Friday, 12.00pm to 1.15pm))

We are looking for a reliable, caring and proactive Midday Supervisor to join our school team. In this role, you will supervise pupils during the midday break, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and good conduct both in the dining hall and on the playground. Key duties include supporting positive behaviour, encouraging healthy eating, overseeing play activities, setting out and tidying equipment, cleaning tables and spillages, and reporting incidents in line with school policies.

You will help create a safe, friendly environment, communicate confidently with children, administer basic first aid when needed, and uphold all safeguarding, health and safety requirements. Flexibility, professionalism and teamwork are essential, as duties may vary to meet school needs. Full training will be provided.
