Midday Supervisor job summary
Midday Supervisors play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing, safety and social development of our pupils. They help to create a calm, positive and inclusive lunchtime environment where all children feel safe, happy and ready to learn for the afternoon ahead.
The role involves supervising pupils in the dining hall and playground, encouraging positive play and behaviour, and supporting children to develop their social skills. You will also support identified pupils, including those with additional needs, to ensure they are fully included and able to enjoy their lunchtime. This may include providing targeted or 1:1 support where required.
We are looking for someone who is caring, patient and proactive, and who enjoys working as part of a team within a friendly and supportive school community.
Hours: 7.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11:45am - 1:15pm (term time only)
