Midday Supervisor job summary

We are looking for an exceptional Midday Supervisor to join our primary school team. In this role, you will oversee pupils during lunchtime in the playground, classrooms, and while moving around the school. You will actively promote positive behaviour, respond to incidents, and ensure pupils’ safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include supporting pupils with meals, encouraging good hygiene practices, assisting younger children with cutlery, and addressing minor accidents or illness in line with school procedures. You will also model play and help pupils develop social skills, while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
