Midday Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our genuine learning community and play a vital role in our pupils' daily school experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safety, security, and well-being of our children during the lunchtime period, fostering a happy, active, and inclusive environment. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting children's social, emotional, and physical development, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and cared for.

As a collaborative member of our school family, you will work closely with the leadership and staff teams to maintain good order, encourage positive behaviour, and facilitate engaging playground activities. We value excellent interpersonal skills and a calm, polite approach, as you will be expected to build supportive relationships that motivate children and uphold our core values.
