Vacancy for Midday Supervisor at Harrold Primary Academy

Salary: Grade 3, Point 3 £2,809

Hours of work: 5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 12:15-13:15

We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic, engaging and caring Midday Supervisor, who strongly believes in the inclusion and acceptance of all students at Harrold Primary Academy! You will ensure that our pupils have an enjoyable and positive lunchtime experience in a safe environment.

The Opportunity

  • Join a supportive, enthusiastic team.
  • To supervise children during their lunch periods.
  • Ensure the safety, welfare, physical and mental well-being of all pupils.
  • Arrange and supervise activities, under direction of the Cover Manager.

The ideal candidate

  • Has a good educational background with GCSE or equivalent in the English Language.
  • Experienced in supporting children.
  • Is aware of child protection issues.
  • Understands the concept of confidentiality.
  • Communicates effectively with all.
  • Has a positive and enthusiastic approach towards work.

Harrold Primary Academy is a one-form entry, community primary academy, situated in the village of Harrold in North Bedfordshire. The Academy lies in the heart of the community, believing that close cooperation between home and school is essential. Harrold Primary Academy is a happy, caring, and supportive school.
