Join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our pupils have a safe, nourishing and welcoming lunchtime experience.
As a Midday Supervisor, you will:
* Lead and supervise play: Organise engaging activities for children aged 3-11.
* Promote positive behaviour: Encourage respectful and appropriate behaviour during lunchtime.
* Ensure safety and well-being: Monitor children's safety and well-being in the playground and dining hall.
* Foster social skills: Help children develop problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
We're looking for someone who is:
* Passionate about education: Dedicated to making a positive impact on children's lives.
* Creative and engaging: Able to inspire and motivate children.
* Organised and reliable: Can manage responsibilities effectively.
* Flexible: Available to work between 11:15am and 1:00pm Monday - Friday (1 hour per day between these times)
* A team player: Works well with colleagues and collaborates effectively.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
