Midday Supervisor job summary

MIDDAY SUPERVISOR

5 days per week, 11:45am-1:15pm, term time only

Grade 2, Point 3-6

£4,150 - £4,282 per annum depending on experience

We are seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisor to support our pupils during lunchtime for 7.5 hours per week (term time only).

The role will include:

  • Assisting the children with manners and social skills during their lunchtime
  • Engaging pupils in the playground in organised games
  • Identifying children that might need extra support to make new friends and join in games
  • Helping with the domestic duties included in the daily running of a dining hall

The ideal candidate should be adaptable, approachable and committed to ensuring that children enjoy their lunchtimes. As a Midday Supervisor you will be willing to play games and join in activities with the children. As part of this role, you may be asked to attend additional training courses as required.
