Howard Junior School has an exciting opportunity for an MSA to join their established team. The successful candidate will be joining a vibrant and ambitious organisation, led by experienced and supportive professionals. We are looking for someone positive, passionate, caring and enthusiastic and who can engage with children and inspire and motivate them to be the best they can be. The ideal candidate will be able to actively promote independent learning skills and behaviours for learning.
Training will be given to support the expectations of the role, along with induction.

Howard Junior School is a Key Stage 2 academy that joined Eastern Multi Academy Trust in December 2023 and has British Values at the heart of its ethos and curriculum. Role Purpose
You will be required to supervise pupils under the direction of the Principal or Duty Manager to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils and the adherence with school procedures while in play areas, the dining room, classrooms or in transit between schools where appropriate.
