Midday Supervisor job summary

Midday Supervisor

11 ¼ hours per week, Term Time plus 1 training day

Hours of work Monday-Thursday 12.00noon- 2.15pm & Friday 11.35am-1.50pm

Salary: St Paul’s Pay Range 1B- Actual salary £6,611

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team during lunch periods. Members of our midday supervisor / duty team, provide positive supervision for pupils aged between 11-19 years, whilst supporting the school’s successful behaviour management strategies and expectations.

Our pupils have access to a range of lunchtime activities which our midday supervisors can support covering the canteen environment, outside games such as basketball and football, rest areas and access to the school library.

A strong candidate would demonstrate reliability, patience and genuine care for the children’s well-being. They are observant, able to respond calmly and fairly whilst processing exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
