Are you someone who brings warmth, energy and calm to the dining hall, playground and lunchtime routines?

Do you naturally show kindness, stay resilient when things get busy and enjoy sparking curiosity in children’s play?

If so, Upwood Primary Academy would love to hear from you.

Your role:

As a Midday Supervisor, you’ll make lunchtimes calm, safe and enjoyable. In the dining hall, you’ll help children enjoy their meals, promote good manners and offer gentle support where needed. Your resilience, clear communication and confident behaviour management will help create a lunchtime environment where every child feels secure and ready for the afternoon.

You’ll be approachable and able to use your initiative, whether supervising outside, supporting indoor activities during wet weather or helping maintain a smooth lunchtime routine.

About us:

At Upwood Primary Academy, our values shape everything we do. You’ll join a warm, supportive team and play a key part in one of the most important moments of the school day. You’ll make a real difference to children’s wellbeing, gain experience in a school setting and be part of a community that values positivity, teamwork and professional growth.

If you’re ready to bring positivity, fairness and energy to our lunchtimes, and play a key role in the heart of our school, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
